Miami

This
site is located at the mouth of the Miami River and was the subject
of much controversy in 2000 due to the existence of artifacts dating

construction financing and executed construction contract to build
two high-rise towers containing 600 units. This assignment involved
calculating the amount of entrepreneurial profit that had been earned
by the developers even though the project had not yet been completed.
